Returns
You have 60 days from the original receipt date to return any new, unused items for a refund. If an item shows signs of heavy use or damage, it will not qualify for a return or refund. Prior to installing any products, verify compatibility to ensure items are not damaged during installation in a vehicle they are not designed for.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, place a new order for the correct product and return the original using the standard return process. Exchanges are treated as returns, so there is no need to wait for the return to be completed before placing a new order. Upon receiving the returned product, we will process a refund for your original purchase minus the shipping fee.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, without exceptions. For convenience, a pre-paid return label can be purchased via a link provided in your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email. Packages with insufficient postage will be refused. If Eagle Lights made an error, we will provide a return label at no charge.
Coverage and Duration
Eagle Lights warrants its products against failure or defects for the duration of the warranty period on the vehicle for which the product was originally installed. This warranty does not cover products that have been altered, misused, damaged, improperly installed, or used on an unintended vehicle. For commercial or fleet vehicles, coverage is limited to half of the standard warranty period. Specific conditions may apply to certain products and will be clearly stated on their respective product pages.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Remedy and Service
Before issuing a warranty replacement, customers must troubleshoot the issue by swapping components from side to side and providing the necessary details about the defect. Warranty claims can be submitted on our warranty page.
For products failing within 30 days of receipt, customers can opt for store credit instead of a replacement. Beyond 30 days, only replacements are offered, with no refunds unless a replacement is unavailable.
Warranty replacements are shipped via standard USPS First Class Mail at Eagle Lights’ expense. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
International Customers
For international warranty claims, customers are responsible for part of the shipping cost. The payment amount and link will be provided in the warranty email.
Exclusions
Eagle Lights does not provide warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the stated coverage. The replacement of defective units is the sole remedy for claims, and Eagle Lights is not liable for associated labor costs, removal, reinstallation, or other expenses.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eagle Lights is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective products. Some jurisdictions may not allow such exclusions, so these limitations may not apply.
Address Errors
If your order is shipped to an incorrect address, contact us immediately to correct the issue. Address corrections may incur a fee, which will be billed to the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Shipping Insurance
We highly recommend selecting insurance at checkout. Insurance covers your package against loss, damage, or theft. If issues occur, we will send a replacement once a reasonable delivery timeframe has passed. Customers who opt for insurance will have all communications with the shipping carrier handled by Eagle Lights.
The Vehicle Bulb Search tool on our website is for guidance purposes only and does not guarantee fitment for specific applications. Always verify compatibility by checking the owner’s manual, housing dimensions, and factory bulb part numbers before purchase.
Information provided applies to US vehicles. Canadian and other international customers should consult their vehicle’s owner’s manual for differences in specifications.
